Summer Flexibility

Students enrolled in a once-weekly class are welcome to attend either weekly class for added flexibility. Additional drop-in classes in Santa Rosa or Petaluma are also available.

No Class Dates

June 30 – July 7: No classes — Happy Fourth of July!
July 20–24: Kids Camp Week
Regular classes for non-campers will continue as scheduled.

NEW STUDENT INTRO PROGRAM

Our New Student Intro Program for adults and teens includes a 4-class beginner series where you’ll learn foundational movements, explore how music and acrobatics shape the art, and discover Capoeira’s rich and fascinating history. You’ll also receive a uniform t-shirt and enjoy a two-week trial of our group classes—all for just $49.

No prior martial arts or dance experience needed—just bring your energy and curiosity.
